Submit a Claim

The deadline to submit claims has passed. The Court has entered a Final Bar Date of June 10, 2026, meaning that any claims postmarked or submitted after June 10, 2026 (and purported cures of deficiencies or responses to data integrity review requests received after June 10, 2026), will be rejected without further notice. No extensions will be granted.


Current Status

Plaintiff filed the Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement on May 27, 2025. The Court entered an Order of Final Approval on December 4, 2025.

The Court entered an order approving the distribution of the Net Settlement Fund on July 16, 2026.
